Fall Engineering Co-op Program

- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for any future work visa status - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old - Must be currently enrolled in a college or university during the Co-op program - Must be pursuing an Engineering Degree with sophomore standing or higher - Must maintain a minimum overall GPA of 2.8 - At least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) preferred - Currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering preferred - Previous experience in a team-oriented environment is preferred - At least one (1) year of leadership experience supervising others or leading teams preferred - One (1) year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations functions, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Development Program in Engineering is preferred - Previous internship or Co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division preferred - Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities preferred
