Requirements
Must:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the Co-op program
- Must be actively pursuing an Engineering Degree with sophomore standing or higher
- Must maintain a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
Responsibilities
- Assist the Engineering Manager with equipment analysis
- Support new installations and facility revisions
- Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout
- Investigate new engineering processes and techniques in the plant
- Work on special projects as determined by the Engineering Team
- Present a final presentation at the end of the rotation to site, program, and division leadership
