- Develop and maintain IT service management frameworks and processes.
- Provide tier 1-2 user support for hardware and software-related issues.
- Oversee the management of enterprise applications throughout their lifecycle.
- Guarantee compliance with corporate technology and security policies.
- Lead initiatives to assess and implement emerging technology solutions.
- Act as the main liaison for corporate IT communications and audits.
