Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 2 years of relevant work experience utilizing systems workflows, system analysis, and documentation, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Proven proficiency with applications, workflows, and system implementations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of the operations of an enterprise-level healthcare service provider
- Previous experience with one or more SP core application systems (e.g., GE Centricity, Ross General Ledger, Allscripts Sunrise Clinical Manager, or comparable EHR)
- Preferred experience with HL7 standards
- Preferred experience with application integration
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with users to develop, implement, and support application functionality
- Investigate processes to ensure alignment between system capabilities and process needs
- Participate actively in system design, development, testing, implementation, and support activities
- Demonstrate system functionality to users and provide necessary training
