Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in maintaining the ELM platform, focusing on application-level upkeep and optimization.
- Understanding of IBM ELM upgrade documents, release notes, and compatibility assessments.
- Ability to perform pre-upgrade evaluations and post-upgrade validation with emphasis on integrity and integration.
- Proficient in executing end-to-end iFix patches or upgrades across EWM, ETM, DNG, and JRS.
- Experience in managing data backup and application-level export/import processes for transitions.
- Ability to validate reporting tools such as JRS and LQE, along with reindexing as necessary.
- Skills in troubleshooting upgrade-related challenges, including reporting sync issues and permission conflicts.
- Knowledge of IBM ELM applications and administration, with daily operational support capabilities.
- Experience in addressing support tickets for project configuration and workflow management.
- Familiarity with RTC Eclipse client for configuration and administrative tasks.
- Competence in creating, modifying, and maintaining JRS reports.
- Experience assisting in custom application and plugin deployment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the functionality of the ELM platform through routine assessments and performance checks.
- Review and interpret IBM ELM upgrade documentation to ensure compliance and compatibility.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and validations before and after ELM upgrades, focusing on quality and integrity.
- Implement iFix patches and upgrades across various ELM components including EWM, ETM, DNG, and JRS.
- Manage data backups and facilitate export/import operations necessary for transitions.
- Validate and troubleshoot reporting components and perform necessary reindexing tasks.
- Provide dedicated administrative support for IBM ELM applications on a daily basis.
- Address and resolve support tickets related to various project configurations and customizations.
- Utilize the RTC Eclipse client for configuration and management tasks effectively.
- Develop and maintain JRS reports based on project requirements.
- Assist in deploying custom applications and plugins as needed.
