Requirements
Must:
- Project management experience with Manhattan WMS or a comparable warehouse management system is highly preferred.
- Experience in supporting applications that fall under Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
- Knowledge of the AS400 operating system and the Aldon Change Management tool.
- Familiarity with AS400 communication protocols, including handheld scanners and voice systems.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be accepted.
- PMP certification or the successful completion of an accredited project management program is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Desired experience in supply chain processes, including inventory management, order processing, and distribution center operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects related to the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in WMS technology.
- Offer technical support and guidance to end-users and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations within WMS processes and systems.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
- Prepare and present updates on project status, identifying risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project scope, adjustments, costs, and schedules efficiently.
- Develop detailed project plans that include timelines, milestones, and allocation of resources.
