Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing for hardware-integrated systems.
- Experience in FDA or FAA regulated environments is highly desirable, particularly in the medical device sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team by translating customer requirements into technological solutions while contributing to the strategic direction through technical insights and innovation.
- Oversee and prioritize the team backlog, establish user stories, and manage inter-team dependencies for Program Increment (PI) and iteration planning.
- Approve all features and user stories based on established acceptance criteria and a clear definition of completion to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, encourage built-in quality, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives such as Inspect and Adapt sessions.
- Share project results internally and externally, and effectively communicate complex technical ideas to a range of stakeholders.
Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Test & Validation Engineer to join our onsite team. In this role, you will serve as the Product Owner for Test, defining and driving the overall testing strategy while acting as a strategic thought leader in the field rather than just a tactical tester. Our competitive pay ranges from $48 to $75 per hour, depending on your experience, and we offer a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact our projects.
