Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in managing EDI transactions and claims processing
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance claims
- Familiarity with .NET development for system enhancements

- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues
- Experience in providing user support for EDI transactions
Responsibilities
- Review and revise all documentation related to claims processing and EDI transactions
- Identify and address gaps in claims processing and documentation
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the redevelopment of the ACAPS system in .NET
- Act as a communication bridge between the OTC team and the Childrens program regarding claims processing concerns
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with agency standards and project objectives
- Draft technical specifications informed by conceptual designs and business needs
- Conduct testing on both new and existing systems
- Ensure timely and accurate data exchanges with external partners and resolve EDI transmission challenges
- Provide user support for EDI claim transactions, including support for healthcare providers interacting with the CSHCS system
- Assist in onboarding new healthcare providers and clearinghouses
- Work autonomously with limited supervision, engaging with external ISDH partners as necessary
