Requirements
Must:
- Local candidates only; must currently reside in the Sunnyvale, CA area
- Experience in wafer-level ATE ASIC testing and yield analysis
- Proficient in failure Pareto analysis and production logistics
- Strong skills in developing and correlating test plans for hardware and software
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and track invoices
- Familiarity with TL/ISO manufacturing standards and procedures
- Experience in tracking production milestones and problem assessment
- Proficient in developing and releasing production methods to enhance efficiency
- Strong documentation skills for process and engineering releases
- Excellent problem-solving and disposition capabilities
Responsibilities
- Support R&D and production testing operations in an ASIC semiconductor environment
- Liaise with external vendors for R&D and production testing, including invoice management
- Verify and correlate testing software and hardware with written test plans, ensuring alignment with specifications
- Monitor production yield and project milestones; conduct problem assessments and root cause analyses
- Provide ATE platform support, including yield analysis and reporting to address persistent production challenges
- Oversee ASIC wafer tracking and manage production logistics for seamless operations through pilot and production phases
- Create, troubleshoot, and implement production methods and procedures to enhance yield and ensure compliance with TL/ISO standards
