- Document incidents by generating ITSM tickets
- Create timelines for incidents lasting over 10 minutes
- Install and support production software
- Replace and deploy production hardware
- Oversee line support projects
- Execute crisis management and escalation as necessary
- Provide IT support on the production floor to minimize downtime
- Ensure the seamless operation of manufacturing systems and equipment
