Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or GED with two years of relevant education or experience in information security, privacy, system/network administration, or application development
- Experience in delivering technical support independently
- Minimum of 5 years in providing both front-end and back-end technical assistance for third-party application products
- Familiarity with deployment, implementation, application modification, and error troubleshooting
- Experience with Java-based web applications is advantageous
- Experience with Agile Assets/Trimble Asset Management system is highly preferred
- Proven skills in diagnosing and resolving application issues, deployment, configuration, scripting, data analysis, SQL, and stored procedures
- Advanced technical skills and knowledge required
- Experience in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Groovy Script
- Proficiency in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Databases
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing user support for management information systems through phone and on-site assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues
- Analyze and design software modifications to fulfill user requirements
- Develop and deliver training sessions for both software and hardware users
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Potentially lead or train other staff members as needed
Description
We are located in Atlanta, GA, and offer a hybrid work environment where candidates will start onsite with additional in-person requirements as necessary.
