Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in psychology or a related area
- Minimum one year of experience supporting special populations in crisis intervention and staff training
- Experience conducting behavior analysis research in applied settings is preferred
- Board Certification as a BCBA is mandatory
- Valid drivers license along with current registration and insurance
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
- Dependable and compassionate demeanor
- Commitment to delivering quality in all aspects of work
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and staff to observe and document various behavior challenges
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify needs
- Design and execute behavioral analysis service plans
- Create personalized treatment strategies aimed at individual improvement
- Apply innovative training methods to address challenging behaviors in home, work, and community settings
- Educate team members to ensure effective implementation of behavioral plans
