Must:
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a Behavior Analyst Certification program.
- Eligible for BCBA supervised fieldwork as per BACB standards.
- Capable of passing all required background checks and health/safety clearances.
- Proven ability in:
- Strong data collection and documentation.
- Clear and professional communication.
- A growth mindset and receptiveness to feedback.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct ABA services in our center utilizing behavior-analytic principles.
- Conduct and assist with assessments, including:
- Preference assessments.
- Skill probes.
- Indirect/ABC data collection, then summarizing findings and contributing to treatment planning.
- Implement behavior support plans, encompassing:
- High-integrity data collection.
- Graphing and analyzing client progress using agency tools.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure confidentiality (HIPAA/FERPA as applicable), and comply with BACB Ethics Code and agency policies.
- Engage in professional development through:
- Cohort seminars.
- Peer consultation.
- Continuous performance feedback to enhance your clinical skills and professional judgment.
