Requirements
Must:
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
- Over 15 years in product management, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
- Solid understanding of enterprise software, technical architecture, and monetization models for SaaS/PaaS
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong technical expertise and experience collaborating with engineering teams; prior engineering roles are beneficial
- Customer-focused with the ability to convert needs into product specifications and drive adoption through analytics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing across various teams and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changes quickly
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the product strategy for our Creator persona, aligning with ServiceNows vision and growth goals
- Mentor and lead a team of Product Management leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Design, Research, Engineering, and GTM Solutions to deliver on the product roadmap
- Identify market trends and innovation opportunities to drive product development
- Gather extensive knowledge of customer needs to shape product requirements and promote adoption
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, assessing technical feasibility and making strategic decisions
- Guide product teams to ensure effective execution from strategy to delivery
- Work alongside engineering partners to address complex system interdependencies and develop scalable solutions
