Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Masters degree is a plus but not mandatory
- 3–6 years of experience in a data analyst, BI developer, or similar position
- Proven experience in data reporting automation, including scheduled dashboards and automated report delivery
- Demonstrated ability to create dashboards and reports from large, centralized data sources
- Extensive experience with BI and visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Proficient in SQL; capable of data modeling and querying complex datasets
- Familiar with managing and validating incoming data from various sources
- Capability to convert business requirements into clear, automated reporting solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and data precision
- Experience in an enterprise or operations-driven setting is preferred
- Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics stacks
- Basic scripting or programming experience (Python, R, or similar) is advantageous
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and best practices
- Strong communication skills for effectively conveying data insights to non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain automated dashboards and routine reports utilizing data from ServeCos Data Lake
- Develop and oversee data reporting automation for timely, accurate, and scalable report delivery
- Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend reporting requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions
- Manage incoming data feeds, verify data quality, and ensure reporting consistency
- Create and sustain data models optimized for analysis and visualization
- Develop, manage, and improve BI tools and reporting frameworks organization-wide
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in large datasets and effectively communicate insights
- Assist with ad-hoc data analysis requests from leadership, operations, finance, and technology teams
- Work in partnership with IT and engineering teams to enhance data structure, governance, and scalability
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, automation processes, and data definitions
