Requirements
Must:
- Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware and software
- Familiarity with various internet applications, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team of IT Support specialists
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience with SAP, Win CBI, and online ordering systems
- Knowledge of VoIP technology and printer maintenance
Responsibilities
- Provide IT assistance to sales, office, and warehouse staff via helpdesk, calls, and email
- Set up and repair laptops and desktops, collaborating with Dell support
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications
- Help manage inventory in our system and Active Directory
- Resolve issues related to SAP, Win CBI, and online ordering
- Address VoIP landline and mobile phone hardware/software problems
- Troubleshoot printer malfunctions and oversee toner inventory
- Train new hires on computer systems and daily applications
- Assist with meeting arrangements and provide technical support
- Execute other assigned duties as needed
Description
We are eager to bring a dedicated and motivated individual into our Corporate IT Support team. This full-time position requires you to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a competitive pay range of $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, along with a benefits package that includes 401(k), health, dental, life, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
