Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology operations support.
- Strong understanding of the Windows 11 operating system, with knowledge of Android OS considered an asset.
- Familiarity with networking concepts is advantageous.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and research new technologies and solutions.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and openness to change.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify underlying issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous helpdesk experience is beneficial.
- Experience in supporting warehouse operations and knowledge of the retail sector is preferred.
- Collaborative team player who fosters teamwork and open communication.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage high-stress situations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for various computing hardware such as Windows laptops, Zebra scanning guns, Xerox and Zebra printers, and Meraki networking devices.
- Provide assistance for a range of software applications on Windows and OSX, including Office 365, Netsuite, Okta, Zoom, Adobe, and proprietary WMS software.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve helpdesk tickets related to hardware and software issues.
- Participate in urgent after-hours support when needed, including on-call responsibilities.
- Aid in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, both in-person and remotely.
- Research and assess changes in operating systems and applications to identify beneficial features or solutions.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and communicate needs effectively before stock is depleted.
- Work with the team on continuous research and analysis to enhance technology deployment at the distribution center.

We are Serena and Lily, seeking a Technology Operations Engineer to join our team at the Distribution Center in Rincon, GA. This critical role ensures smooth digital operations for our staff by providing both local and remote technical support. We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
