Requirements
Must:
- 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience
- Familiarity with working on production codebases that you did not create
- Proficient in PHP and JavaScript
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Laravel and Vue.js
- Competent in working with relational databases like MySQL or similar
- Comfortable utilizing Git workflows and participating in code reviews
- Proven ability to implement specified requirements rather than open-ended design
Responsibilities
- Implement features, bug fixes, and enhancements according to clearly defined requirements
- Deliver work items on schedule while minimizing rework
- Write clean, maintainable, and readable code that adheres to team standards
- Provide estimates for task-level work and communicate any changes promptly
- Identify unclear requirements, potential risks, or edge cases before starting implementation
- Engage in code reviews and incorporate feedback swiftly
- Collaborate with other developers to ensure project consistency
