Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of IT management experience overseeing infrastructure, security, systems, and technical operations.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications strongly preferred (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, CISSP, PMP, Microsoft certifications).
- Proven experience managing enterprise systems such as Microsoft Entra ID, Intune & Autopilot, ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics/Navision), HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., Paychex), and Quality Management Systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and IT budgeting.
- Hands-on experience with network security, cybersecurity monitoring, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience providing senior-level escalation support and managing 24/7 operational expectations.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Must demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities
- Manage and secure the organizations network, risk management systems, and enterprise information.
- Evaluate IT system performance to enhance operating costs and productivity while identifying and recommending necessary upgrades.
- Build and foster strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure the organization is prepared for IT security audits and investigations.
