Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or IT.
- Experience in Graphic Print or Web is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe products, and SFTP/file transfer is desirable.
- Required experience with Health Plan Product Support and Web Design/Development.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main internal contact and process owner for print and technical print/web solutions.
- Oversee internal activities related to onboarding development and technical documentation.
- Serve as a liaison for contracted print vendor services.
- Implement and support quality initiatives in assigned areas.
- Provide expertise in printer implementation processes, reporting, and analysis.
- Facilitate communication between internal/external customers and Information Technology regarding business definitions, scope, and testing.
- Ensure the quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of products while adhering to regulatory and operational requirements.
