Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a degree, or 7 years without a degree
- Proven understanding of data governance practices, including business analysis and project management
- Experience with metadata management and data catalog management
- Proficient in data policy and standards management, as well as process flow management
- Knowledgeable in data mapping and process improvement techniques
- Familiarity with data exploration and visualization methods
- Skilled in analytic programming and database management
- Background in master data management, data quality, ETL, and cloud computing
- Experience with electronic medical record systems and financial systems
- Business insight in finance, accounting, and healthcare operations
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for software applications, including maintenance and optimization
- Analyze business and clinical requirements to recommend process improvements
- Document and assess workflows to identify functional needs for software use
- Develop and execute system test plans for software updates
- Monitor test progress and record outcomes
- Manage incidents, problems, and service requests related to applications
- Offer daily on-call support for application issues to end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application integration meets user needs
- Communicate software issues, requirements, and enhancements effectively
- Oversee small-scale projects or particular project components
- Coordinate implementations and project planning for software releases
