Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible professional experience required. - In lieu of a bachelors degree, an additional 2 years of directly applicable experience (for a total of 6 years) may be accepted. - A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in QNXT benefit configuration, ideally within a managed care or health plan context. - Strong familiarity with QNXT system architecture, including configuration tables, benefit logic, and claims integration. - Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) for data validation and troubleshooting tasks. - Experience using CMT and QCS tools for version management, configuration migrations, and monitoring builds. - Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, and Commercial plans. - Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Analyze, design, build, and validate complex benefit configurations on the QNXT platform to ensure accurate claims processing and compliance. - Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, IT, Network, and Claims teams to guarantee timely and precise implementation of benefit plans according to regulatory and contractual standards. - Serve as a business and technical expert in QNXT benefit build, contributing to new plan implementations, annual updates, and ongoing configuration maintenance. - Support the execution of implementation methodologies for the launch of new products or market initiatives. - Maintain a strong grasp of the healthcare claims lifecycle, including pricing and accumulators.

In this role, you will be integral in ensuring the analysis, design, build, and validation of complex benefit configurations on the QNXT platform. This position offers a market-competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $69,867.20 - $116,438.40, along with potential additional compensation for shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses.
