Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a degree, or 10 years without a degree
- ServiceNow Architect Certification preferred
- 10 to 12 years of overall ServiceNow experience required
- At least 2 to 3 years of architect-level experience in ServiceNow is necessary
- Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite (ITSM, SPM, FSM, ITOM, IRM, EA, etc.)
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated independence and focus on best practice architectural design
- Knowledge of system/software engineering lifecycle principles
- Experience in working with large datasets, data analysis/modeling, and providing insights for management decisions
Responsibilities
- Oversee large projects or processes with minimal managerial oversight
- Guide, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior professionals
- Tackle complex and challenging problems in the technical domain
