Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field - 10+ years in digital transformation, digital marketing, eCommerce, or similar roles in a consumer-facing company - 5+ years of leadership experience in cross-functional team management - Extensive knowledge of omnichannel digital marketing and personalization initiatives - Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects using project management tools like JIRA - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and influence stakeholders at all levels - Proven ability to develop and execute digital strategies that enhance business growth and customer engagement - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at explaining complex concepts clearly - Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and steer data-driven decisions - Capacity to promote agile methodologies and effectively manage change within the organization - Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional product and digital teams in challenging, multi-stakeholder settings - In-depth understanding of consumer-facing digital platforms across mobile, web, and commerce, particularly in hospitality, entertainment, or retail - Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams in areas such as product, UX/UI, engineering, AI, or innovation - Proven ability to introduce scalable product practices in legacy or project-based organizations - Comfortable with both technical discussions and executive-level strategy - Familiarity with modern digital product frameworks, including agile, product ops, and experimentation - Bonus: Experience in supporting or developing a Digital Innovation or Transformation Office - Must acquire and maintain all relevant licenses and certifications as required by Federal, State, and Gaming Commission regulations - Must successfully complete a background check - Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age

Responsibilities

- Spearhead digital product strategy and its execution across retail, hospitality, casino, and entertainment sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and guest experience aspirations - Oversee a cross-functional leadership team that is currently tasked with product management, growth, AI/data initiatives, innovation, R&D, and operations - Manage the delivery of the HRX product roadmap, which encompasses projects such as a new booking engine and eCommerce replatforming - Drive a shift towards product-focused development by instilling consistent practices and prioritizing user experience - Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams for effective execution, budget management, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance - Establish and implement performance indicators and success metrics while leveraging data to inform enhancements and resource distribution - Champion the product vision throughout the organization, utilizing storytelling and clear structures to involve collaborators - Define the structure and vision for a Digital Innovation Office, aligning product leadership with broader strategic goals - Act as a strategic partner in the formulation and execution of technology solutions that support organizational objectives - Direct the digital channel strategy and roadmap, focusing on the digital ecosystem and UX/UI strategy - Facilitate collaboration with the data platform team to create a comprehensive customer database through a well-defined channel strategy - Ensure seamless end-to-end digital experiences across various platforms - Work with teams to develop channels and features adhering to timelines, budget, and UX/UI brand standards - Drive continuous enhancements of existing digital channels to maintain competitiveness and relevance - Lead initiatives to manage the consumer funnel and lifecycle for increased customer lifetime value - Collaborate with finance leads on comprehensive planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
