Requirements
Must:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience showcasing exceptional abilities.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing Identity & Access Management solutions utilizing SailPoint IdentityNow.
- 3+ years working with SailPoint IAM tools in an engineering capacity, including integration with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and SaaS applications like Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Identity Management solutions, including Kerberos, SSO, OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation frameworks for Identity Governance and Administration systems (e.g., Java, BeanShell).
- Experience with API consumption using tools such as Postman and direct code implementation.
- Familiarity with SailPoint Custom Rules and Transforms is a bonus.
- Ability to execute queries on large datasets using SQL.
- Experience in data analysis using spreadsheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- 3+ years of leadership experience in team management is an advantage.
- Exceptional collaborative abilities across multidisciplinary teams and proficiency in managing interdepartmental relationships.
- Skillful in conveying technical concepts to a wide range of audiences, including senior management.
- Comprehensive understanding of prevailing and emerging IT industry trends, including established security management frameworks like NIST, ISO, and COBIT.
- Capacity to balance project constraints with delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Continue to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Identity and Access Management, focusing on scalability, resilience, and providing an exceptional user experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Identity and Access Management Systems along with Single Sign-On SaaS solutions.
- Integrate IAM systems with internal applications, third-party applications, and SaaS platforms to facilitate provisioning, identity authentication, and access control.
- Showcase a proven history of designing, executing, and managing enterprise IAM initiatives within intricate organizational structures.
- Exhibit experience in incorporating business processes into the IAM framework and integrating relevant technologies.
- Create and implement Key Performance Indicators and metrics to track progress and outcomes, including the development of scorecards and dashboards.
- Manage the daily IAM operations, while building and leading a dedicated team of analysts.
- Collaborate with third-party delivery organizations within IT to enhance IAM solutions without causing delays.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting concepts and challenges to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, auditors, and governance committees.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to build and lead outstanding teams through collaboration, mentorship, and skill enhancement in technology transitions.
