Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in software development
- Experience with large codebases
- Familiarity with open-source projects
- Proficiency in C++, Java, JavaScript, Crystal Programming, or PHP based on project needs
- In-depth knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
- Basic familiarity with cryptography
- Understanding of P2P networking
- Thorough knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains
- Excellent understanding of concurrency and expertise in writing efficient, safe multithreaded code
- Strong command of STL and C++ for blockchain solutions
- Proficiency in the Qt Widgets framework for GUI wallet applications
- Certification as a Blockchain Specialist is advantageous
- Experience with Hyperledger is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Mathematics
Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies
- Brainstorm and assess applications for evolving tools and technologies
- Maintain and enhance existing client-server applications that manage integration and business logic
- Assist in the ongoing improvement and development of the biometric identity authentication platform
- Support the integration of artificial intelligence in processes and within the Selfiecoin wallet
- Actively engage with the global blockchain community and implement the latest improvement proposals
- Document new solutions while ensuring existing ones are well maintained
- Uphold ISO 27001 standards throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Collaborate across the organization for the integration of Selfiecoin as a payment method and money transfer system
- Ensure the proper application of commodity backing for the digital currency
- Work alongside the Chief of Staff to comply with Securities and Exchanges laws and guidelines during digital currency transactions
