Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM, including hands-on configuring and customization, along with Power Apps expertise. Certification is preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience working with the Microsoft technology stack: Azure, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python is desired.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Scrum, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Experience with ADO, Jira, Microsoft Office, and Confluence.
- Expertise in integrating web applications and CRM with ERPs; experience with web services and microservices is preferred. Familiarity with NetSuite ERP is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) DevOps operations.
- Report to the DevOps leader and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead and mentor developers in various time zones.
- Apply technical skills throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements to ongoing support.
- Design and oversee the architecture of Dynamics CRM, member-facing portals, and various integrations and interfaces.
- Ensure high-quality project deliverables and lead the validation and support activities for testing.
- Contribute to a compassionate workplace culture where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued.
- Complete additional tasks related to the position as assigned.
