Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in MAS 9.x, RedHat OpenShift (RHOS), db2, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and other MAS-related technologies
- Skilled in configuring single and multi-node RHOS clusters
- Extensive experience in migrating MAS using CLI and GUI on Azure, AWS, and on-premises
- Proficient in transitioning customizations and Maximo 7.6.1.x SQL Server Database to MAS
- Development and maintenance experience with MAS, TRM rules manager, Maximo automation scripting, MIF, and BIRT
- Proficient in MAS development using Java, Python, JavaScript, Jython, and Maximo implementations
- Strong understanding of Maximo MBO framework configuration, customization, and development
- Experience integrating MAS with external systems, including SAP, using various protocols such as SOAP/REST, HTTP POST, EJB, and XML files
- Knowledge of MAS installation, configuration, load balancing, SSL/TLS configuration, and cluster setups
- Competence in performance tuning, following IBM best practices, and conducting load tests
- Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for MAS and RHOS
- Must pass a Federal Background investigation for T1 clearance

Responsibilities
- Analyze issues, requirements, and evolving business needs independently and collaboratively
- Execute Maximo version upgrades, including from Maximo 7.6.1.x to MAS 9.x, and assess new features
- Offer development assistance for MAS and its integrations with external applications
- Create new Maximo Applications or modify existing ones to align with business requirements
- Enhance and formulate custom reports utilizing Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)
- Prepare, review, and update SDLC documentation
- Contribute to and review training materials for MAS
- Complete additional tasks as required while adhering to deadlines
