Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in embedded systems or sensor-based product development
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee system architecture and technical requirements for thermal imaging products
- Conduct system-level analyses and develop performance metrics (NETD, MTF, latency, throughput)
- Collaborate with product management and technical leads to synchronize product roadmaps and engineering strategies
- Create and implement validation and verification plans for reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for system-level challenges during development phases
- Lead design reviews to ensure requirements traceability and reduce risks
- Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and testing teams to facilitate seamless production transitions
- Mentor junior engineers and promote ongoing improvement in systems engineering practices
