IT Systems Specialist - Windows & Networking

- Provide end-user support for a variety of software programs, including Microsoft 365 and Help Desk tools - Assist with software deployment and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation across all devices - Monitor and test computer systems and network performance to ensure optimal functionality - Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and enhance computer and network systems - Manage incoming requests to the Help Desk, prioritizing and resolving issues effectively - Educate internal users on technology use, providing support through multiple channels - Train staff on the use of hardware, software, and best practices, including developing training materials - Deploy and manage various electronic hardware, preparing workstations for user access - Handle user on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring secure access and settings - Conduct research and propose enhancements to improve systems and processes - Support IT operations during site moves and ensure application continuity - Assist with vendor relations for troubleshooting and equipment procurement.
