Help Desk Specialist - IT Support

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support for each member and transaction. - Install, configure, test, and maintain end-user workstations, client hardware, and networked peripheral devices. - Receive and address phone calls and tickets regarding PC and software issues. - Prioritize tasks based on their impact on team members, demonstrating sound judgment and analytical skills to resolve issues promptly. - Provide on-site assistance for all IT-related incidents. - Record details of hardware failures, repairs, installations, and removals accurately. - Develop and uphold clear documentation of inventory. - Ensure all computer applications meet business requirements, focusing on appropriate access for applications, systems, networks, and printers. - Maintain ownership of all incidents and requests assigned to the Help Desk until they are resolved and closed with the end user. Regularly review the Help Desk inbox to mark completed incidents. - Collaborate with vendors to mitigate problems, facilitate resolutions, and deliver outstanding customer service. - Complete required training for the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and adhere to BSA policies and procedures. - Undertake any additional duties as required.
