Requirements
Must:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Family of Products, as well as Redhat Linux
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, SSH, SFTP, SCP, SNMPv3, Netflow, and SMTP
- Proficient in automating data reporting or operational tasks using scripting languages such as Python and Bash
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline processes
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, traffic analysis, TAPs, and traffic brokers
- Solid grasp of technology concepts such as SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, IT operations, operational monitoring, security monitoring, and KPI
- Experience in working with or integrating various enterprise management systems
- Demonstrated leadership on complex projects as part of a cohesive team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team and clients to evaluate IT infrastructure performance
- Establish performance baselines and identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate client interactions to meet their objectives and requirements
- Analyze complex issues and devise effective solutions
- Maintain attention to detail and consistency in all tasks
- Incorporate feedback to enhance work quality and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that affect infrastructure performance
