Requirements
Must:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of network and security experience
- Strong expertise in Next-Generation Firewall features, including URL Filtering, IPSec Tunnels, and Firewall Policies (e.g., Palo Alto and Panorama or equivalent)
- Programming knowledge in Python
- Comprehensive understanding of networking technologies such as routing, switching, TCP/IP, and traffic analysis tools
- Experience with integration of various enterprise management systems (e.g., HP BSM, OpenView, BTO, or similar)
- Strong grasp of technology principles including SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, operations, and security monitoring
- Familiarity with diverse IT infrastructure technologies, including applications, servers, networks, and storage
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in technical writing
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team and clients to evaluate the performance of IT infrastructures
- Establish performance baselines and identify areas for optimization and enhancement
- Actively engage with clients to understand and fulfill their needs and objectives
- Foster a creative and strategic approach to optimizing network performance
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure consistent quality in outcomes
- Incorporate feedback effectively to improve work processes and results
