Requirements
Must:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- Over 5 years of experience in network engineering and architectural design
- Expert proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and/or Arista
- Advanced knowledge of routing technologies including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and EVPN
- Advanced understanding of switching technologies such as STP, MLAG, and VXLAN
- High-level expertise in SD-WAN technologies
- Experience with Load Balancing or Application Delivery Services
- Familiarity with Enterprise Wireless solutions
- Knowledge of network and application performance solutions
- Experience integrating with various enterprise management systems
- Strong grasp of networking technologies like TCP/IP, IPv6, traffic analysis, TAPs, and traffic brokers
- Robust comprehension of technology concepts including SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, IT operations, operational monitoring, security monitoring, and KPIs
- Understanding of various IT infrastructure technologies (e.g., applications, servers, networks, storage)
- Proven leadership in managing highly complex projects within a larger team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our team and clients to evaluate IT infrastructure performance
- Establish performance baselines and pinpoint areas for enhancement
- Interface with clients to ensure their objectives and goals are met
- Analyze and resolve intricate issues related to network performance
- Provide strategic input based on your expertise and experiences
- Maintain a keen attention to detail throughout all projects
- Lead complex projects while collaborating with fellow team members
- Communicate effectively and seek constructive feedback to improve outputs
