Requirements
Must:
- 5-7+ years of experience in Web Development
- Proven expertise in PHP and MySQL/MSSQL
- Advanced knowledge in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, Git, and Linux
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve effectively
- Mastery of eCommerce platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with Scrum methodology is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new and existing web systems
- Enhance and maintain existing systems and processes
- Improve code quality, scalability, security, and documentation continuously
- Collect project requirements and coordinate with team members for successful execution
- Propose ideas and features that align with organizational goals
- Build and implement web infrastructure, including databases and core structures
- Mentor colleagues through knowledge sharing and code reviews
- Develop internal tools for enhanced operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex issues for customers and team members
- Document code and maintain shared team documentation
- Respond to emergency issues outside business hours when necessary
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned
