Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion applications and related ERP systems
- Strong skills in presales and customer engagement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to lead discussions at CXO, SVP, and executive levels
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and large-scale transformation initiatives
- Capacity to build and sustain customer trust
- Effectiveness in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions by showcasing our companys strengths, capabilities, and expertise
- Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, particularly during initial engagements
- Assist and guide customers on their transformation journeys, enhancing their satisfaction through proactive communication and governance
- Integrate industry and technology insights to help influence customer transformation paths
- Function as a bridge between pre-sales, solution design, and delivery efforts for both our consulting company and the customer
- Own the solution strategy, tailoring key parameters specifically to the solution and customer needs
- Provide strategic input on pricing, scoping, and risk management according to the customers landscape
- Identify opportunities and direct the team on proactive farming, cross-selling, and upselling strategies within accounts
Description
We are looking for a seasoned, strategic Oracle Solution Architect to join our expanding team. In this crucial position, you will play a vital role in advancing our Oracle business by leveraging your deep technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion and other Oracle modules, alongside exceptional pre-sales and client relationship skills. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, assisting them in overcoming complex business challenges and maximizing their Oracle investments. We offer a competitive salary range of $177k - $215k plus a 10% bonus.
