Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We are growing our creative team at SciTec, Inc., a vibrant small business dedicated to providing advanced sensor data processing technologies and scientific instrumentation to support National Security and Defense. We serve clients within the Department of Defense and U.S. Government by creating innovative tools for unique, world-class data exploitation capabilities. As part of our Future Systems team, we are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to shape our newly formed MLOps team, focusing on designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models for R&D software development and their transition into operational settings. You will have the chance to establish best practices in machine learning and create solutions for intricate real-world issues across various agencies. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including a fully vested 3% company 401K contribution, 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance, and a host of other benefits. The pay range for this position is $107,000 to $156,000 per year. Our hiring process will consider several factors, including the role, responsibilities, your experience, education, and key skills, but this is not a guarantee of compensation.
