Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in an office setting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems.
- Proven experience in configuring PCs, printers, networks, and troubleshooting related issues.
- Familiarity with router configuration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with non-technical personnel.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to end users, addressing requests and completing tasks promptly.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 Exchange.
- Assist with configuring and installing desktop or laptop applications as required.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot company Apple and Android mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
- Assess and recommend hardware and software solutions; perform installations, configurations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Offer technical and administrative support for company phone systems, voicemail, and related equipment.
- Manage company route accounting mobile devices utilizing Knox (MDM) software.
- Install, support, and manage the company POS system, including software, computers, and credit card terminals.
- Support the shipping departments finger scanners and mobile devices.
- Install and support company TVs and camera systems.
- Conduct computer room operations on an IBM ISeries weekly and during vacation fill-ins.
- Maintain IT asset inventories and maintenance logs.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and provide user instructions.
