Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Business Analysis methodologies with robust analytical skills
- Significant experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI
- Solid grasp of Agile project management concepts and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) procedures
- Strong programming expertise in R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for data analysis and automation
- In-depth knowledge of database management utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, including design and SQL queries
- Familiar with Business Analysis best practices, including process modeling through Visio
- Understanding of analytics techniques to extract insights from intricate data sets
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for precise interpretation of large data volumes
- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical information to non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Produce comprehensive project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications, using tools like Visio
- Design and oversee databases, ensuring optimal structure and performance through SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports leveraging Power BI, Tableau, and VBA to showcase key metrics and trends
- Perform extensive data analysis using R, Python, SQL, and Bash (Unix shell) to identify patterns and back strategic initiatives
- Assist in project management activities within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that adhere to SDLC best practices
- Support database design and data modeling to fulfill business requirements
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business departments to ensure project alignment and clarity
