Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree (B.S.) in computer science or a related discipline
- Two to three years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is preferred
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster authentic relationships
- Eagerness to continuously learn and expand technical knowledge
- Proficient in utilizing computers effectively in the workplace
- Capable of gathering, consolidating, and correctly using important data
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems efficiently

- Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading cross-functional security projects
Responsibilities
- Enhance Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes
- Deploy Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions
- Implement network segmentation and Zero Trust architectures
- Drive security automation and orchestration projects
- Conduct system hardening, baseline creation, implementation, and audits
- Evaluate and adopt new security technologies to bolster enterprise security
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM and other detection systems
- Lead investigations and coordinate responses to security incidents
- Assess existing security measures and offer risk-based improvement suggestions
- Oversee the deployment and tuning of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions for sensitive data protection
- Monitor and react to data exfiltration attempts and policy breaches
