Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in Network Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE, or equivalent are highly valued
- 3-5 years of practical IT systems administration experience, specifically in:
- Microsoft 365 administration (including SharePoint, Teams, Entra/Azure AD)
- Intune device management and deployment
- VMware and/or Hyper-V administration, including migration and backup strategies
- Desktop support and LAN/WAN network administration
- Experience with Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless infrastructure
- Familiarity with cloud migrations (Azure or AWS) is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, solution-driven approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Willingness to grow technically and aid in the advancement of enterprise technologies
Responsibilities
- Administer and provide support for the complete Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, and Entra (Azure AD)
- Manage the architecture of SharePoint, including page configurations and storage governance
- Oversee Intune enrollment, remote device management, application deployment, and patch management
- Assist in cloud migrations and integrations with Azure or AWS environments
- Administer VMware and Hyper-V environments, including VM provisioning, migrations, backups, and maintenance
- Help with the administration of network server hardware and ongoing infrastructure tasks
- Provide support for LAN/WAN environments, including Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless systems
- Deliver prompt desk-side and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Build, image, and configure PCs; manage setup for new hires and user training
- Maintain Active Directory and manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Oversee hardware and software inventory and aid in application lifecycle management
- Assess and recommend AI and automation tools to enhance organizational efficiency
- Conduct assessments of telecommunications and network, offering cost-effective IT solutions
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Profit Key ERP system
- Provide end-user training on technology tools and best practices as necessary
