Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience with additional training in computer applications, particularly in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Minimum of 5 years of internal sales experience is required
- At least 5 years in a high-tech engineering applications role is preferred
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships
- Experience in preparing sales proposals and effective communication is necessary
- Knowledge of robotic systems and packaging equipment is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Enhance sales by aiding and supporting Schneider Regional Sales Managers and both potential and existing clients
- Understand customer issues and propose solutions in compliance with Schneiders sales procedures
- Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and R&D when necessary
- Generate quotes and layouts to back proposals
- Create pricing structures, detailed proposals, and robotic simulations as needed
- Present Schneiders products and systems effectively to Regional Managers and customers
- Maintain detailed records of activities, communications, and documents in Schneiders CRM system
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to support Regional Managers
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management
