Currently, engineering execution is the constraint, creating a major opportunity to unlock faster delivery, higher confidence in execution, and a platform that can evolve quickly and responsibly in an AI-accelerated world. The role is designed for a senior engineering leader ready to tighten delivery, restore reliability, and modernize a long-lived codebase without risking the business.
