Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in ERP, WMS, inventory, or supply chain systems
- Familiarity with Sage 100 or Sage Intacct is advantageous but not mandatory
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not essential
- Ability to oversee multiple client projects concurrently
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects from initiation to go-live
- Coordinate schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, scope, and budget
- Conduct training sessions for warehouse and office teams
- Assist customers in grasping best practices for warehouse operations
- Create supportive documentation and training resources
- Collaborate with customers to assess their warehouse processes and operational needs
- Tailor ScanForce solutions to align with their workflows
- Suggest enhancements and automation opportunities
- Identify and resolve software and configuration issues
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with customers
- Serve as the primary liaison during implementation
- Communicate progress transparently and proactively
- Deliver the outstanding customer experience we are known for
- Participate in testing new features and releases
- Provide constructive feedback on product improvements
- Share insights gained from customer implementations
- Travel occasionally for on-site consulting or client visits
