Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Certified in EPIC Clarity is mandatory; additional EPIC module certifications are preferred.
- Education: I require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: I need a minimum of 5 years in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or SQL development. Additionally, at least 3 years of experience with EPIC Cogito tools (Clarity, Caboodle, or similar) is essential.
- Skills: Strong SQL skills, a good understanding of healthcare data and EPIC workflows, experience with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and excellent communication skills are crucial.
Responsibilities
- I will develop, optimize, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts using the Epic Cogito tools.
- I will build and refine SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for tailored analytics.
- I will manage Clarity and Caboodle data models and actively participate in ETL workflows.
- I will collaborate with business users to transform their needs into effective technical solutions.
- I will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data with governance and privacy standards.
- I will provide support and training to report consumers, documenting specifications and maintaining version control.
- I will partner with analytics and data teams to ensure that reporting aligns with the enterprise's goals.
