Requirements
Must:
- Experience managing Shopify backend and store operations
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Liquid (the Shopify templating language)
- Keen attention to detail when inspecting site content
- Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with food or meal prep brands is a plus
- Experience in customizing Shopify themes is an advantage
- Awareness of UX/UI principles for e-commerce sites is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Operate within Shopify stores to facilitate implementation and updates
- Partner with our operations team to carry out backend tasks and site modifications
- Examine client websites to ensure accuracy in menus, product listings, and navigation
- Spot opportunities for enhancements in site layout and functionality
- Engage with clients to clarify change requests and meet their expectations
- Assess completed work to guarantee high standards and precision

At Scale My Meal Prep, we specialize in aiding meal prep businesses to enhance, scale, and optimize their operations through cutting-edge Shopify sites, robust operational systems, and strategic growth assistance. We engage with rapidly expanding food brands across North America and seek a Shopify Website Operations Specialist to join our team in Mississauga. This full-time role, from 10am to 6pm, involves working directly in our office.
