Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in software engineering
- Proficient in Java, Spring Framework, REST, and Microservices
- Familiarity with AI tools and an eagerness to explore new technologies like MCP, A2A, and agentic frameworks
- Strong research skills to delve deeply into platforms
- Extensive experience as a Java Engineer with a focus on security principles
- Knowledgeable in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Proficient in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with SQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, CI/CD, AWS Glue, and Kafka
- Demonstrated ability to manage application development, solution architecture, design, and process improvements
- Experience with various testing types including unit, functional, and system integration testing
- Extensive experience in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- Proficient with Git (GitHub/GitLab), automatic deployments, and continuous integration
- Hands-on experience with IntelliJ or Eclipse/My Eclipse IDE, and writing JUnit test cases
- Familiar with build tools such as Maven and Ant
- Experienced with AI development tools in the software development life cycle, such as Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, and similar productivity assistants
- Understanding of architectural patterns, including event-driven, microservices, and serverless, along with their trade-offs
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and launch end-to-end workflows for our AI security product
- Collaborate across various agent platforms like AWS Bedrock, Google AgentSpace, and Salesforce AgentForce to build foundational solutions
- Apply AI and Agents to enhance security using CUA agents, various LLMs, and agentic frameworks such as ADK and Langchain
- Develop secure, scalable, multi-tenant software solutions compatible with major cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
- Act as a technical leader and expert, guiding product direction and engineering standards
- Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and operational reliability
- Work with internal teams to create software designs and architectures
- Test and deploy applications and systems effectively
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug existing code
- Initiate new programs from the ground up while managing existing services
- Create documentation throughout the software development lifecycle
- Provide technical support and expertise on applications
