Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Deacom ERP and its integration features
- Demonstrated success in implementing API integrations, EDI, and warehouse management workflows
- Proficient in SQL or similar query languages; capable of designing data profiles and custom reports
- Familiarity with CFR Title 21 Part 11 compliance is advantageous
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-driven, capable of remote work, and adept at half-time schedules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with client teams
Responsibilities
- Execute API integrations with Deacom to facilitate data exchange and automate processes
- Design and implement intricate layouts and labels, including ASN calculations, and produce multi-page reports
- Implement EDI integrations for efficient external communications
- Develop and enhance workflows for purchase orders (PO) and accounts payable (AP)
- Manage QA events and CAPA to uphold quality and foster continuous improvement
- Oversee maintenance and optimization of MRO (maintenance, repair, operations) processes
- Lead warehousing optimization initiatives and enhance warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Create and manage data profiles and custom SQL queries for operational reporting
- Generate timely operational reports and dashboards to aid decision-making
