Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience with Deacom ERP and its integration functions
- Demonstrated success in implementing API integrations, EDI, and WMS/warehousing processes
- Expertise in SQL or comparable query languages; skilled in designing data profiles and custom reports
- Background in CFR Title 21 Part 11 compliance is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to self-manage, work remotely, and adapt to half-time schedules
- Excellent communication skills and capability to work collaboratively with client teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct API integrations with Deacom to facilitate data sharing and automate processes
- Create and implement intricate layouts and labels, including ASN calculations, and generate multi-page reports
- Manage EDI integrations to support efficient external communication
- Design and enhance workflows for purchase orders (PO) and accounts payable (AP)
- Oversee quality assurance events and CAPA management to promote ongoing improvement
- Maintain and refine MRO (maintenance, repair, operations) processes
- Optimize warehousing practices and enhance warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Develop and sustain data profiles and execute custom SQL/queries for operational reporting
- Generate prompt operational reports and dashboards to aid in decision-making
