Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in software development
- Proficient in Java/J2EE
- Strong expertise in Spring Framework
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot
- Knowledgeable in Microservices architecture
- Skilled in API development and integrations
- Familiar with AWS cloud computing
- Experience with Relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of tools such as Kafka, ELK, Spring Cloud Services, AppDynamics, API Gateway, and Jenkins
- Proficient with CI/CD and development tools including JUnit, Mocking frameworks, TestNG, Git, and Jira
- Experience in design and architecture reviews
- Strong grasp of high availability engineering and containerization
- Familiarity with single-page application development and serverless computing
- Understanding of elastic scalability and high-performance systems
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level applications utilizing Java/J2EE
- Construct and support applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Develop APIs and work with API integrations alongside API Gateway
- Contribute to the development of application framework components instead of just feature coding
- Collaborate with AWS cloud solutions and modern cloud-native architectures
- Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance standards are met
- Engage in design reviews, architecture discussions, and develop technical solutions
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Work in partnership with engineering teams, business users, and client stakeholders
- Operate within Agile and Lean development methodologies
